INTRODUCTION

In the robatayaki dining space, the log – framed structure, rough stones, and natural landscaping blend harmoniously. The open – style cooking counter is filled with swirling smoke. Fresh fish, fruits, and vegetables hang from deadwood, accompanied by the cityscape visible through the windows. With traditional robatayaki as the soul, it creates a dining venue where nature, the warmth of smoke, and Japanese ritual sense interweave, allowing one to immerse in savoring the seasonal flavors and the aesthetic of the space.
