INTRODUCTION

This is a high – end kaiseki restaurant space. Dark wood and stone form the foundation, while Japanese – style screens and ukiyo – e paintings add charm. The open – kitchen counter showcases the chef’s craftsmanship. Private rooms blend tatami and city views through windows. Soft lighting connects tradition and modernity, allowing diners to immerse in the subtlety and ritual of kaiseki cuisine in a quiet, elegant atmosphere.
